This Training course has been designed for SIU by French Technical Expert in Pretoria according to the MoU that has been signed by SIU, PSETA and French Embassy the 28/06/2017 and its addendum signed the 21/12/2018.

Financial Investigations (Procurement, Beneficial Ownership & Money Laundering)

This course focuses on Procurement Investigations, while informing of the use of Beneficial Ownership to launder the ill-gotten gains of Procurement Fraud schemes.

Fraud schemes and legal standards relating to Procurement and the Supply Chain Management process will be covered.

This course will also focus on how to conduct a Financial Investigation as it relates to Procurement Investigations.
